Request Reserved Slots for T100/VIP on Normal Servers and/or Additional Server Capacity

There has been a large influx of surfers lately for some reason and sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes to join a server. Please consider adding more player slots to the Beginner and Easy surf servers, as well as slots specifically reserved for T100/VIP surfers. Thanks.

VIPs have reserved slots already , you just need to use a console command to join.

(easy surf for example)
connect 74.91.113.236:27015

Tacking onto what Kuiq said, unfortunately Valve's server browser doesn't take 'reserved slots' into account, hence the need to connect via console, but as a VIP you will always be able to connect to even a "full" server.

I haven't seen the top/vip server at capacity in the past month, generally at most it sees about half capacity.

Tacking onto what sneaK said, if you're having issues connecting to the server when its full it might be worth adding server connect alias' to your auto config.

alias ez "connect 74.91.113.236:27015";
alias beg "connect 216.52.143.73:27015";
alias adv "connect 74.91.113.133:27015";
alias vip "connect 74.91.113.133:27017";

Then after that all you have to do is type one of the alias' in the console and press enter.

Sorry, I wasn't aware of that. Thanks for letting me know! As an aside, would it be possible to either convert the Easy server from T1-T2 to T2-T3 or add a separate T2-T3 server? As it is right now, the Easy and beginner servers serve mostly the same function, as the Easy server mostly plays on T1 maps.

I think we need to add more maps to the beginner server, and maybe add some easy tier 1s to easy surf.

But that's just my opinion.
