Bug cannot connect to advanced surf server

I cant connect to the advanced surf server on csgo. I've tried verifying game files, i've changed my DNS server, i've even went and redownloaded the whole game. The message the game gives is "cant connect to server after 30 attempts". I can connect to every other server just fine.
